★ ★ ★ ★ ★ De las pocas tornillerías que quedan donde usan maíz nixtamalizado en vez de harinas refinadas, aparte del sabor las tortillas suelen durar más y mantener mejor su textura sin hacerse dura en comparación de una tortilla donde usan harinas refinadas.
Excelente atención por parte del personal.
Of the few remaining screws where they use nixtamalized corn instead of refined flours, apart from the flavor, tortillas tend to last longer and maintain their texture better without becoming hard compared to a tortilla where they use refined flours.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The only thing I can say about this place is they have the best tortillas in town. You can feel the different taste between this real nixtamalised corn dough to any other tortillería. This is the real and original technique to do tortillas that was created by the original people in Mexico. You can’t miss it! Oh BTW every Friday they have beautiful tlacoyos! Ask for a dozen and keep some in the freezer!!!
