Se preocupan por no tocar el dinero con las manos para evitar ese tipo de suciedad, ya que pesan las tortillas usando las manos sin bolsa y sin guantes. Es la única tortillería de la zona que conozco que se interesa por usar puro maíz molido (sin usar maseca/minsa) aunque les falta incorporar maíz producido con menos agroquímicos y verificar que no sea transgénico.
The people who serve the establishment are always very nice. They are careful not to touch the money with their hands to avoid that type of dirt, since they weigh the tortillas using their hands without a bag and without gloves. It is the only tortilla factory in the area that I know of that is interested in using pure ground corn (without using maseca / minsa) although they need to incorporate corn produced with less agrochemicals and verify that it is not transgenic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went on a food tour to Tortilleria Zaragoza, one of the few tortilleria in Mazatlán that still makes them the original way. You can but them already made or buy the corn mix to make your own.
