PESIMO the administrator never answers, the pool can be seen for weeks, the gym has zero maintenance, if you check with the neighbors the guarantees of the houses have been a NIGHTMARE! And these publications are already a desperate cry from the neighbors to see if Ruba one day heeds us!

An excellent place, VERY modern, fine, with excellent design and construction taste, selective place, with everything to be able to live in the best way, it is just what you need for your family and your well-being, highly recommended.

I worked a year in the construction of this Coto like all all they want is to sell, once the sale is completed no longer care about them at all. I must say it was a project that had no planning. Structural plans, sanitary, hydraulic, electrical, etc ... were never completed or updated, everything was going to do according to the march and countless mistakes, the center of the preserve crosses a canal that was made without peak flows consider and that any atypical rain flooded everything in its path, not to mention poor compaction was done in the perimeter wall of the housing bottom bordering the canal. There were 2 builders who were responsible for building housing, speak only works ACA that was where I was laboring and the truth is that they are very bad to deal guarantees, takes no trained staff to finish and this is where the largest number come from these, although this is not the only problem, because since the foundation was used pipe different (much cheaper) materials that come indicated in the project at all facilities. And what about the supervision of Ruba so arrogant and so dire that never wanted to realize this ??♂️

Terrible experience with Ruba. Just look at the comments of those of us who live here and they all rate the construction company very badly, the good comments are purely external. Ruba gives you a one-year guarantee and one year is the one I spent on repairs in my house, you are supposed to buy a new house and it seems that you buy second-hand. In addition, all the requests for guarantees that they attend do so without any quality control because they are terrible, for example, they had to redo the bathrooms (floors and tiles) twice! they do things wrong the first time and then they do it wrong again! Also, when changing floors they put you in different shades and in the end the floor is like a chessboard. If you come to see the subdivision, take note of the details, see the perimeter fence as it is all cracked and it is not even covered on the outside! look at the streets and sidewalks as they are all with cracks as well and many details such as footprints marked on the cement. Pay attention to the pool, it has huge cracks that they half wanted to cover with a horrible metal. Now imagine if this is how the things are that show your clients what quality they are going to deliver their home to! They sell you everything very nice and in the end they leave a lot to be desired.

I previously wrote this message on Nov. 16, 2021 and I would not like to think that they are deleted, since more than evidencing, it is reflecting on how we can, together, improve!: The development is one year old, but there have been two management changes that have failed to demonstrate the value of the image, along with the real estate developer RUBA!! We have already had everything: insecurity, stray dogs, homeless people, rain damage, failures in pool areas, and water flow, lack of maintenance of the condominium areas (cleanliness, irrigation systems, rodents, etc.) and areas that are donated, which ARE NOT from the CONDOMINIUM since they are public (courtyards, playgrounds, water leaks, dog area, water mirror, skatepark, fountains, etc.) Due to the foregoing, it is evidence of a lack of interest in resolving the deficiencies with the builders, unfulfilled agreements by the administration and the lack of developers to provide solutions for the current owners, which could maximize sales, but I believe that it is not part of the approach to make a very good project with satisfied customers !!
