★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pesima preparación de alimentos,cantidad y calidad exenta,quise haser queja formal y no comparten el medio para realizarla,se molestan,no compren ahí muy mala calidad ,que tristeza por el negocio deberían capacitar a los empleados y colaboradores y mejorar su s productos.
Poor food preparation, quantity and quality exempt, I wanted to make a formal complaint and they do not share the means to do it, they get upset, they do not buy there very poor quality, what sadness for the business they should train employees and collaborators and improve their products.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hice un pedido de 3 tacos en tosta rica, ubicado en plaza San Roque, los cuales llegaron en mal estado, completamente con crema echada a perder, hago la llamada al negocio y me dicen que la comida está bien que es de lo que les acaba de llegar, le pregunto que se puede hacer, si me van a enviar mi pedido de nuevo y solo me dijeron que no, pésimo lugar.
I placed an order for 3 tacos in rich toast, located in Plaza San Roque, which arrived in poor condition, completely with spoiled cream, I make the call to the business and they tell me that the food is fine, which is what they end up with. Upon arrival, I ask what can be done, if they are going to send me my order again and they only said no, terrible place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La calidad de la comida aqui es una broma de mal gusto, y apesar de eso es mas caro comprar aquí que con la competencia. Aquí en ves de guacamole tradicional, usan salsa verde de tomate para las tostadas y los tacos.
The quality of the food here is a joke in bad taste, and despite that it is more expensive to buy here than with the competition. Here, instead of traditional guacamole, they use green tomato sauce for toast and tacos.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pesima attencion al cliente fue amablemente a piner una queja de 6 caldos que sabian a pura agua y con 2 oh 3 apios la senora de la cocina LETTY se enojo nos estaba aventando todo cuando estaba empaquetando y nos levanto falsos que le gritamos fue a pedir a los guardias que la agredimos hiso un escandalo pedi los videos de seguridad para demandarla por defamacion otra cliente que vio todo dijo me puedeb chacar mi agua del cafe no le vayan a echar algo asi de grosera y ese grado pasaron las cosas ahora estoy en espera que me comuniquen conmigo y aver si hacen algo que porque la supervisora es amiga de ella y la respalda .
Bad customer service was kindly to pin a complaint about 6 wines that tasted like pure water and with 2 oh 3 celery the lady in the kitchen LETTY got angry she was throwing everything at us when she was packing and we got up fake that we yelled at her she went to ask The guards who attacked her made a scandal, I asked for the security videos to sue her for defamation, another client who saw everything said I can get my water from the coffee, they will not throw something so rude and that degree things happened now I am waiting for you Contact me and see if they do something because the supervisor is a friend of hers and supports her.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Los tacos especiales no tienen nada de especial, el pollo esta reseco, la tortilla dura y el aguacate sin sabor, ademas los refrescos que sirven son mini.
The special tacos have nothing special, the chicken is dry, the tortilla is hard and the avocado is flavourless, plus the soft drinks they serve are mini.

El caldo tlalpeño nada de sabor y bien casiquiada, le faltó el aguacate y queso al caldo me mandaron consomé, ??? que malos!!! Porque hacen esa maldad???
Bad experience, for the love of GOD what a horror! I ordered through DIDi and had a bad experience, the toast was all stale, no chicken, the guacamole tasteless and sour, they stole from me!!!
The tlalpeño broth had no flavor and was well seasoned, it lacked the avocado and cheese in the broth, they sent me consommé, ??? how bad!!! Why do they do that evil???
