Entre su menú encontrarás las tostadas y los chicharrones (duros) a los que les puedes poner carne tártara, curritos u oreja. La verdad mis preferidas son las tostadas de oreja, es simplemente deliciosa. La carne tártara es mi segunda opción y también es buenísima. En la barrita que tiene el carro encontrarás todo tipo de salsas picantes para que adereces tus tostadas y te des una buena enchilada. Este famosísimo puesto de tostadas está en un andador justo a un lado del templo del Carmen en el centro de la ciudad de celaya, no tendrás ningún problema para encontrarlas.

The truth is that my favorites are ear toast, it is simply delicious. Tartar meat is my second choice and is also very good. This famous toast stand is in a walker just next to the Temple of Carmen in the center of the city of Celaya, you will have no problem finding them.
