★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Son unas tostadas ya muy conocidas en la ciudad de Querétaro, aproximadamente 30 años a decir del mismo güero, las tostadas son preparadas con una cama de col rallada, pico de gallo, cueritos u oreja de cerdo, salsa San Luis o búfalo. Se ven de lo más sencillas pero su sabor es delicioso, les aseguro que no podrán comer solo una. Como podrán apreciar en las fotos ko es un local , el señor llega a las 17:00 horas y empieza su vendimia. Va de lunes a jueves. Buen provecho.
