★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Son tortas que llevan mayoneza, carne apache, una salsa roja muy buena, opcional chiles manzanos, una tostada en el pan y se calienta al carbón en un pequeño horno, los puestos que venden este producto se ubican en la plaza principal de Santa Clara o Salvador Escalante es lo mismo, también venden la tostada con carne apache nada más, no cuentan propiamente con un lugar para sentarse pero en la plaza hay bancas y jardineras en las que te puedes sentar a disfrutar de estas riquísimas tortas.
