I took my puppy in urgently, he had the OBVIOUS symptoms of parvovirus. I told them that they had checked him out at another vet a few days before and had treated him for infection but it hadn't turned out that option. The vet didn't even listen to me, nor did he want to check the prescription I showed him, he just answered me -This dog is dehydrated, we are going to hospitalize him. I accepted and paid, they told me they would call me if the puppy got worse. I came back the next day thinking that I could take him home because they didn't talk to me and when I got there they told me that he was worse and that I should stay hospitalized. That they were going to do some studies; which they should have done from the beginning. The result showed parvovirus and even knowing that and that the puppy was dehydrated and in very bad condition, they took daily tests of anything (just to highlight the obvious, that he was still sick), they even talked about blood transfusions. My dog ​​spent 5 days in your hospital and passed away. I was left without my little boy and with a huge bill (they charge more expensive than in other vets). My annoyance is not that they couldn't save him, but they delayed his treatment and tried to drag it out as long as possible to get more money. They have no professional ethics.
