★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La comida si es muy rica ya e comprado de todo pero la atención telefónica deja mucho que desear, no dice cuánto tiempo tardará en entregar el pedido, no menciona las promociones y por último no permite que termine de hablar, acabo de pedir un paquete y la chica me colgó justo cuando le comenté que pagaría con uno de $500 para que trajera el repartidor el cambio necesario.
Necesitan mejorar mucho en ese punto ya que es el primer contacto con el cliente y es muy deprimente su atención!

Sin embargo, el problema resalta en la atención al cliente donde los teléfonos apenas los contestan con una actitud pésima al igual que si asistes en persona. Los pedidos no los diferencian por nombre, es decir cualquier persona puede tomar tu pedido (me pasó).
