★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Booked an appointment after looking at previous reviews and was told I would be accomodated with an English speaking Dr. For a consultation. I go to my appointment and wait. After waiting long enough, the lady at reception who cannot communicate sufficiently in English tells us she will be our consultant. We were dissapointed that we did not get to see an English speaking certified Dr. as promised and left. Unprofessional, what a waste of time..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One hour included a doctor from US, physical therapy exam and exercises, massage, excellent chiropractic adjustment, total assessment and team recommendations. As a traveler it was beyond my expectations. Treatments resolved severe pain, and I’ll go again. English spoken, very professional, affordable. Thank you for your wonderful service and friendly atmosphere.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is not a therapeutic environment. When you enter the treatment area, it is like being in the market where the music is loud, people are bustling and those people are all talking over the music and each other. No privacy per HIPAA as you will be in an open space with others discussing your condition. If you are looking for a woman doctor, this is not the place. I asked for a woman doctor in which they said I would be treated by a female. However, the one male doctor seemingly running the clinic made the women's business, his business. He bounced around to the different stations ordering the ladies about. Each time the women appeared to tense when he entered thier space. Then when he would give an order or directive to the ladies, they would drop their head and rush to do whatever he said. Often disrupting thier own work. When it came to discussing my therapy, the wife doctor, though she has limited English, and so is my Espanol, were able to effectively communicate to continue services. However, the male doctor interjected at that point, refused to use empathy to evaluate my persistent issues listed on the paperwork they asked to be filled out, nor use critical thinking skills to develop nor discuss an individualized treatment plan. He actually walked off as if I should not have a say in my treatment. When I did not follow him immediately, the male doctor tries to convince me the same cookie cutter treatment he has used for 35 years on himself will work for me. Each time I tried to explain what the woman doctor and I had just covered, he shut it down. There then was self advocacy for my body, appropriate treatment that best fits my needs, educating them on how what he had been doing for 35 years on himself actually aggravates my persistent condition, description of successful previous medical treatments, an explanation of what works for me including why and how it is effective so to incorporate those exercises. I shared how his approach is less personable than other area medical professionals and feels like treatment is for profit not the person. At that point he physically gets in my face, and tried to make me apologize to his ego and inadequacies for a chaotic workplace that he created, for me using my voice, being educated, having my own mind, knowing my body better than him and because I unlike the women he surrounded himself with, would not back down to his unprofessional behavior. His wife seemed to foster the machismo behavior as she repeatedly insisted I trust and do what he says as "this is my husband". Finally, we agreed that they were incapable of providing services outside of the male doctors theory. The male doctor reluctantly recommended a type of specialist. However, upon request, he could or would not provide any information for said specialist because he is not connected to the area and has no initiatives in place to directly support the local people's medical wellbeing nor the local medical community. Although this dynamic is traditionally a part of cultures worldwide, the cultural value in this office setting proved to be a difficult experience to endure as a potential patient.
Update from company response:
Note their response deflects the problem to language when it is clearly stated language was not a barrier The male/husband doctor's ego, outdated practices and machismo behavior in a chaotic office setting is the total problem. Again, this is not a place for healing.
