J	Javi Flores on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buen gimnasio, las instalaciones están bien no son las más modernas pero cumple, los instructores de crossfit muy atentos con los nuevos, en el área de pesas el instructor solo se la pasa platicando no te ayuda y tiene una mala actitud en cambio la entrenadora es muy atenta, el área de cardio en ocasiones se llena, lo mejor es que existen muchas otras actividades a realizar como karate, spinning, zumba... La excepción sería el área de pesas donde sino les pides ayuda no te auxilian o te dicen a medias (el entrenador de la noche ?) S	Sergio Medina on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buen lugar para entrenar, pero al hacer cardio en el área de CrossFit, me corrieron, no estaba usando el equipo solo el espacio, y no había absolutamente nadie, en ningún gym del que he asistido en la zona de a Toluca o DF hacen eso. El criterio es lamentable. Me agrada la atención por la señora recepcionista de la mañana, siempre muy amable y por eso regreso. The facilities are in good condition, everything is clean and they have disinfectants for the machines after use. I like the attention by the receptionist lady in the morning, always very friendly and that's why I return.
