Upon entering this place, part of what struck me the most is the large workplace and the elegant industrial style of the facilities, but more than that, what you should not miss is the total Total Look experience. I was just coming for a haircut and I went out with a haircut and a great conversation that helped me improve my look so that my image really projects what I want! I tried to find the place with the best qualifications and experience since it was the first time I was going to do something to my hair. When I called, Rafael Estopier answered me very kindly and made an appointment for the same day. He asked me for a photo of my hair and a picture of what I wanted. The look I chose was a pastel blue fantasy dye only on the tips. The place is very nice with a minimalist style and super professional appearance, however Rafael never greeted me and I went unnoticed by him all the time, he even left before the work was finished and did not see the result. Honestly, I felt very discriminated against because I'm dark-haired and I didn't arrive in a van like the clients who visit it. The photo I sent had nothing to do with it, they discolored me more than the distance of the sample, the worst thing is that the tone I wanted was SKY BLUE and they made me a super intense and ordinary AQUA GREEN, I was very sad to leave like that, they even made fun from me because of the intensity of the color. I contacted Rafael the next day and told him that it was not fair that they would not inform me that it did not have that color or at least he would have explained to me that it would not look the same, he gave me another appointment to fix it and all he did was put his employee to wash out the color until it was pastel but never, never, never saw blue anywhere. He asked if I was happy and I said if I just wanted to run away and never have my hair touched again. I paid $1600 for the dye, they also cut my eyebrows and they sold me a shampoo for color and in total I paid $2300 and I left a 100 tip to the worker who was attentive to me and finally she did not sell me the service. So if you are humble or disheveled they treat you as inferior but they will charge you in these amounts and on the other hand I invite you to go with an open mind and without expectations since there is no guarantee of sending a sample of what you want. I hope I take advantage of the money, I can't turn back time and recover what these people made me lose apart from time. I leave an image of what I ordered and invite you to upload the photos that were taken of me the two days I went so that people can compare and not call me colorblind or exaggerated. I want to add that I am a designer and that is why color and tonality are very important to me and I am not going to give colorimetry classes to a "stylist" who calls himself an expert. ???
