★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Este servicio debe ser un grandisimo NO a considerar cuando quieras cambiarte porque tu proveedor de servicios tuvo algunas fallas... OJO, si tu servicio no se va de 3 a 5 veces por mes NO TE CAMBIES, porque eso es exactamente lo que pasa con totalplay (por estos rumbos de valdepeñas, cucea, bosque del centinela, es decir zona norte de zapopan). No me mal entiendan, el servicio a cliente es muy bueno al igual que algunos tecnicos, pero el servicio es un ASCO, se va a cada rato!!! A CADA RATO!! He usado Axtel, Telmex, Izzi y Totalplay, y de todos, me impresiona decir que totalplay es con el que mas fallas he tenido. Ese INFAME indicador en el modem de "LOS" nunca lo habia visto tanto tiempo prendido y tan seguido...

BEWARE, if your service does not go 3 to 5 times a month DO NOT CHANGE, because that is exactly what happens with totalplay (in these directions of Valdepeñas, Cucea, Sentinel Forest, that is, the north of Zapopan).
