★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Desde el 19 de dic revise disponibilidad y contrate (te piden mucha info incluso se las pasas por Whatsapp). No me instalaron porque no tienen puertos disponibles (venden lo que no tienen) y en atención al cliente solo me han hecho perder mi tiempo. Yo di de baja mi otro servicio y ahora me quedé sin nada. Tengan cuidado ya que al parecer ellos no son una empresa responsable.
From December 19, check availability and hire (they ask for a lot of information, even you pass them on WhatsApp). They didn't install me because they don't have ports available (they sell what they don't have) and in customer service they have only wasted my time. I canceled my other service and now I am left with nothing. Be careful as apparently they are not a responsible company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No pude entrar a las oficinas, me atendieron afuera por lo de la pandemia, pero el trato fue amable. Solo una duda, porque hay variación en cuanto al costo de las promociones... No debería ser igual a nivel nacional?
I could not enter the offices, they attended me outside because of the pandemic, but the treatment was friendly. Just one question, because there is variation in the cost of promotions... Shouldn't it be the same at the national level?

Mandan que en la app y la app no deja llamas y no te transfiere con nadie
Repite lo mismo que desde la app se realice el reporte
Terrible service 1 week without internet and nobody answers
They send that in the app and the app does not leave calls and does not transfer you with anyone

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cuando contratas te dan una cara pero para cancelar es otra totalmente distinta desde el guardia de la entrada (40 minutos esperando) hasta el ejecutivo ( bastante maleducados por cierto) donde no pudieron darnos una respuesta o resolucion de tramite. Solo para darnos un numero de telefono para realizar la cancelacion
When you hire they give you one face but to cancel it is a totally different one from the guard at the entrance (40 minutes waiting) to the executive (quite rude by the way) where they could not give us an answer or resolution of the process. Just to give us a phone number to make the cancellation
