Pésimo servicio cada rato se me va, no pienso seguir con ustedes,, reporta uno la falla, solo por call center,, tardan mucho en contestar y no dan solución, así como exigen el pago y un día después, y te cobran mucho más,, así deberían ser prestos para ayudar y no dar mal servicio,
Terrible service every time it goes away, I do not plan to continue with you ,, one reports the failure, only by call center ,, they take a long time to answer and they do not give a solution, as well as they demand payment and a day later, and they charge you much more ,, so they should be ready to help and not give bad service,

Pésimo servicio. En atención a cliente jamás contestan. Llevo días sin internet aún cuando tengo el servicio pagado.
Terrible service. In customer service they never answer. I've been without internet for days even when I have the service paid.

After having both Telmex lnfintium and Telcel Móvil for Casa, TOTALPLAY has so far had the most consistent service with least amount of down time. The speed is above adequate for videos as well. I have Ixtapa Net at the ranch and it is even better.

Started great.. installation was quick and painless. Set up my automatic payments, great! That all changed when we.. Had to move and wanted to transfer my service to new place. Sorry we don't cover the area... I know I'm in the contract period.. what am I to do. Transfer it to a family member and they handle the bill ok cool no sweat right? I set an appointment for Wednesday (my sisters day off) so she could be there for them to install it. She asks when they are supposed to show.. I ask them. They had the appt for the next day.. 1st failure. I take a day off work to meet them the next day. They did not call they did not show until later that night.. at around 7:50 PM.. I wasted the whole day waiting.. failure 2. We rescheduled for Saturday, today. I asked when we could expect them.. sometime between 900-1600 hrs. Not helpful at all. It is now 1600 hrs.. still no call no show. Another day WASTED waiting for them... failure 3. I've always paid on time. I've never had a problem with them. Apparently existing customers in good standing are not as important as new installations. 2 days wasted doing who knows what when we have had to reschedule two times already. In comparison, I transferred a different line I have with another company to my new place. They called the day before and they showed up on time, even gave a call prior to arrival. Did their work and were out and done in less than an hour. I used to tell everyone how great this service was.. no longer. Their customer service does not understand or care about wasting two full days without call or notice. Go with Telmex. They have fiber optic coverage in more areas and the speed is the same or better. They won't jerk you around when it comes to installation or changing your service. I cannot take this anymore Saying everything I've said before All these words: they make no sense I find bliss in ignorance Everything you say to me Takes me one step closer to the edge And I'm about to break

I live in Bucerias Mexico a relatively new internet company "Totalplay" has invaded our community. Beware especially if you are english speaking. They will sign you up with out a contract they explain none of their terms and policies. When they leave your home you will not see them again. They start sending bills and refuse to converse in ENLISH making it impossible to pay the bills or cancel your service. They will call two three times a day and refuse to talk in english. It appears to be a scam. I had a internet service person a friend of mine who speaks spanish. He called their online service number the one they leave with their online bill message. He was unable to reach this dead number--the bill keeps increasing-- Any suggestions to end this circus would be greatly appreciated.
