A parte que tiene un costo de cancelación de $400 a pesar de llevar con su servicio año y meses...
Terrible service when canceling, they do not answer the specialized service line and ask you to call just on that day, if they do not charge you another month and they mark another specific day where you have to communicate. Sulma en villahermosa nunca se contacto y tampoco contestan las llamadas no me dan el NIP. Lo contrate por son la única opción pero espero poder hacer algo para no seguir. NO CONTRATEN. espero me den solución.
I have 2 weeks without connecting the blessed TV and neither the advisor nor anyone gives me service an advisor Daniel Zedillo and Ms. Sulma in Villahermosa was never contacted and they don't answer the calls either, they don't give me the PIN. I hired him because they are the only option but I hope I can do something to not continue. DO NOT CONTRACT. I hope they give me a solution.
