Pero de antemano les avise el color que usaba (cuando saque la cita) , e incluso el día que fui también le mostré al colorista específicamente cuál era el tono y la marca, pero se ve que no lo tenían y en vez de avisarme y preguntarme si estaba ok que usen otro color, directamente me lo aplicaron sin consultar y me quedo mucho mas claro de lo habitual. Una lástima sinceramente, ya que el precio fue elevado y no me pusieron el color que iba. Muy poco profesional.
The place is fine. But beforehand I let them know the color I was using (when I made the appointment), and even the day I went I also showed the colorist specifically what the tone and brand were, but it seems that they did not have it and instead of letting me know and asking me If it was ok for them to use another color, they applied it to me directly without consulting me and I am much clearer than usual. A pity sincerely, since the price was high and they did not put the color that was going. Very unprofessional.
