★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No los recomiendo para nada. Son impuntuales y no cumplen con el itinerario que ofrecen. Además son más caros que las demás agencias. Traten de contratar a alguien más para evitar una mala experiencia.
I do not recommend them at all. They are unpunctual and do not comply with the itinerary they offer. They are also more expensive than the other agencies. Try to hire someone else to avoid a bad experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ "gané" un el hospedaje y traslados en el concurso del salón corona y no cumplieron nada de lo que prometieron , cuando cotice los precios de los vuelos que me dieron fueron 60 veces más caros que comprarlos directo en la página de la aerolínea obvio para cubrir el precio del hospedaje, que terrible fraude los odié
"I earned" an accommodation and transfers in the crown room contest and did not fulfill any of what they promised, when I quote the prices of the flights they gave me were 60 times more expensive than buying them directly on the airline's obvious page to cover the price of lodging, what a terrible fraud I hated

ピラミッドに行くより、銀細工店や宝石店、おまけに最後にレストランに連れて行かれて、昼食ビュッフェを強制的にに食べさせられるところでした。
ビュッフェまでの料金を考えると決して安くないですね
Take a tour from Mexico City to Teotihuacan
Rather than going to the pyramid, I was finally taken to a silversmith's shop, a jewelry shop, and finally a restaurant, where I was forced to eat a lunch buffet.
It is not cheap considering the price up to the buffet

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible experiencia con esta agencia. Tomamos el tour desde la ciudad de México a Cuernavaca y Taco, la salida por la mañana fue super tarde, muy incumplidos. Esto ocasionó que el resto del viaje fuera muy corto para ver Taxco, si bien esta ciudad es reconocida por su arquitectura, artesanías y productos de plata, pues no tuvimos tiempo suficiente para ver ninguna de las anteriores. Desperdiciamos mucho tiempo en una platería carisma donde parecía que el guía tenía intereses personales de que compraremos ahí. No nos permitió entrar a otras tiendas. Demasiado inflexible. No les recomiendo esta agencia para nada. Tengan cuidado.
Horrible experience with this agency. We took the tour from Mexico City to Cuernavaca and Taco, the departure in the morning was super late, very unfulfilled. This caused the rest of the trip to be very short to see Taxco, although this city is known for its architecture, crafts and silver products, as we did not have enough time to see any of the above. We wasted a lot of time in a charisma silverware where it seemed that the guide had personal interests that we will buy there. It did not allow us to enter other stores. Too inflexible. I do not recommend this agency at all. Be careful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely disappointing so much so that I've been encouraged to write my first google review to warn others not to waste their money. Myself and my partner took the Teotihuacan day tour yesterday, the guide explained a few things about the city and culture on the way which was interesting then once we were at the pyramids he spent 20 mins talking about them then left us for 2 hours to wonder around by ourselves. I felt i learnt more from overhearing the guides from other groups who went into detailed history about the pyramids and walked around with their group. It was clear our guide new nothing. We basically paid 560 mxn for a lift there and back. My partner has waited 15 years to visit Teotihuacan, it's a huge shame.
