Hace el viaje muy ameno aportando datos importantes y curiosidades de los distintos elementos en los que nos vamos deteniendo. Está muy preparada y con una gran capacidad para retener nombres, fechas, etc. Además de dar sus explicaciones con mucha claridad y fluidez.
En definitiva, es una visita absolutamente recomendable. Pues visitar la laguna guiada de una profesional como ésta es muy distinto a una visita personal o particular.
The Bacalar lagoon is a wonder itself, but our guide Kassandra is a gem. It makes the trip very pleasant by providing important data and curiosities of the different elements in which we are stopping. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kassandra our captain was very nice with us she even gave us a souvenir :) We contacted her one day before the tour and she answered very fast. The tour was very good she explained many things related to the history and the current situation of the lagoon. I think having the Lagoon tour in a catamaran like Kraken is better than having a normal boat tour, it is nicer and allows you to have a better contact with the water. Our tour was great, I recommend kraken as a very good option for your lagoon tour.
