Cuando llegamos al mismo vimos que había muchísimas personas ya abordo y un montón mas amontonada abajo sin guardar ninguna distancia, mezclada con mas personal de esta organización, por lo que le dijimos que si era así no íbamos a tomar el tour porque nos preocupa nuestra salud por el tema de la pandemia. La chica no entendía que así no queríamos viajar porque nuestra salud y la de los demás pasajeros estaba en peligro y se negaba en reintegrarnos el dinero. En ese momento se acerco una persona que decía que era uno de los conductores agredirnos, seguimos insistiendo en que apareciera un encargado para exigir la devolución de nuestro dinero. Esta persona seguía con los agravios hacia nosotros y la agresión fue de tal grado que casi terminamos en golpes, en el cual empezamos a llamar a la policía, en ese momento una persona que portaba el mismo uniforme que el resto, que hacia rato que estaba viendo todo lo que estaba aconteciendo sin participa, se nos aproxima y dijo que era el encargado y en esos momentos le ordeno a la chica que nos diera el reintegro. Realmente nos sentimos muy mal por esta situación dado que fueron 15 a 20 minutos de una discusión innecesaria que casi termina en una pelea callejera, que se pudo haber evitado de un principio si este individuo que dijo que era un "conductor " no nos hubiera agredido y que la chica hubiera empatizado con nosotros y respetado la decisión de que no íbamos abordar por que no habían medidas que garantizaran nuestra salud por el covid. También si el encargado en ves de quedarse como observador hubiera actuado de inmediato. Por lo tanto, no recomiendo esta empresa.
