Excellent .. I loved the service and kindness of Monica M. The guides were very attentive and patient with the whole group ... they made our visit more pleasant

The good: the price is accessible and the guides give you very useful information. The bad thing is that they are racing you a lot and they don't let you enjoy iconic places like Las Momias de Guanajuato (they gave us only half an hour). Of course, they take you against your will to craft shops or "typical" sweets (where they took us were Morelia sweets) and there they leave you a lot of time. They took us to the Hacienda del Cochero, an expensive and very nice museum with few real things of the Inquisition (you can review opinions of this place to corroborate what I say). In Dolores we were taken to the House of Descendants, a place with three rooms, of pure ugly models and where you have to pay to take photos. And finally, in San Miguel Allende they only gave us 45 minutes because we were already late. I think they could greatly improve their tours if they do not force tourists to go to places that are not worth it and better give them free time in places that are worth it like the Mummies or San Miguel de Allende.

Watch out! We bought tickets for the tourist tram to the center of Guanajuato and after waiting 4 hours for the tour, when we arrived 20 minutes before the time it turned out that they had sold too many places and we did not have a seat. A total disappointment, stay away from this company.
