★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Una completa pérdida de tiempo en nuestro tour, nos hicieron pagar $750 por persona para pasar todo el día en el camión. Nuestro Tour era a Roca Partida, nos cambiaron de último momento el viaje por cambios de clima, puesto que el estado del clima estaba previsto desde una semana antes, se les preguntó que se podía hacer e hicieron caso omiso hasta el mero día, evidentemente para evitar el reembolso del apartado o postergar el viaje. El supuesto "Plan B" que tenían preparado no fue en lo más mínimo proporcional a lo que pagamos y ahora no se quieren hacer responsables del dinero que pagamos porque tuvieron que pagar los gastos del fracaso de viaje que nos ofrecieron. Totalmente inconforme con la organización y resolución de inconvenientes, seguimos esperando una resolución que estoy seguro que no va a llegar de su parte.
Y al final si llegamos a Roca Partida... a las 8 de la noche. Anexo foto.
 A complete waste of time on our tour, they made us pay $750 per person to spend the whole day in the truck. Our Tour was to Roca Partida, they changed our trip at the last minute due to changes in the weather, since the weather had been predicted for a week before, they were asked what could be done and they ignored it until the very day, obviously to avoid reimbursement of the section or postpone the trip. The so-called "Plan B" that they had prepared was not in the least proportional to what we paid and now they do not want to be responsible for the money we paid because they had to pay the expenses of the failed trip that they offered us. Totally dissatisfied with the organization and resolution of problems, we are still waiting for a resolution that I am sure will not come from you.
And in the end if we arrive at Roca Partida... at 8 at night. Attached photo.
