Tuvimos la oportunidad de disfrutar un tour en Catamarán con ellos y las casi 4 horas del tour valieron muchísimo la pena para disfrutar de Bacalar desde otra perspectiva. Súper recomendable, además que los precios son bastante razonables. The team at El Sebiche is super friendly and nice. We had the opportunity to enjoy a catamaran tour with them and the almost 4 hours of the tour were very worthwhile to enjoy Bacalar from another perspective. Super recommendable, besides that the prices are quite reasonable.

I highly recommend it, the guys who gave us the tour were super friendly and they knew the lagoon very well, the fruit and the water were very fresh and delicious.
k	karla tone on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PÉSIMA EXPERIENCIA Reservamos con 48 horas de anticipación un recorrido en catamarán con Sebiche Tours por medio del restaurante Manatí para 3 personas. Nos presentamos con 45 minutos de avance al camping de donde salen los tours, de hecho fuimos los primeros en llegar. Después llegaron dos personas que habían reservado el día mismo. El Capitán nos llamó para subir a los cinco que estábamos presentes (nosotros tres y la pareja que reservó ese día por la mañana). Metimos nuestras pertenencias en una bolsa impermeable y nos subimos al catamaran. Ya estábamos a punto de salir, cuando llegaron 3 personas más...(solo hay cupo para 6 personas). El Capitan se bajó y le llamó a Sebastián, su jefe. Nos dijo que teníamos que bajarnos nosotros (qué habíamos reservado 48 horas antes) porque “hubo un error al anotarnos” y dejó a bordo a gente que reservó apenas unas horas antes... ¡Nefasto! y lo peor es que dijo que fue culpa del restaurante Manatí “por no apuntar bien”. Fuimos a quejarnos a Manatí y la gerente Ana contactó a Sebastián, el dueño de Sebiche, quien admitió en un texto (que ella obvio nos enseñó) que había sido su error porque fue ÉL quien no nos anotó... Nunca se disculpó con nosotros, a pesar de tener nuestros datos... En fin, esta experiencia refleja una falta de profesionalismo inmensa y un servicio al cliente inexistente. No recomiendo Sebiche tours, a menos que dejen a la suerte su paseo, pero sepan que los pueden bajar del velero en cualquier momento incluso si “reservan” el día anterior. Les recomiendo Magic Bacalar, un club de vela magnífico, con muelles e instalaciones de ensueño, que aceptó darnos el tour en catamaran una hora después de que Sebiche tours nos fallara. LOOSE EXPERIENCE We reserve 48 hours in advance a catamaran tour with Sebiche Tours through the restaurant Manatí for 3 people. We present ourselves with 45 minutes of advance to the campsite where the tours go, in fact we were the first to arrive. Then two people arrived who had booked the same day. The Captain called us to go up to the five that were present (the three of us and the couple that booked that day in the morning). We put our belongings in a waterproof bag and got on the catamaran. We were about to leave, when 3 more people arrived ... (there is only room for 6 people). The Captain got out and called Sebastian, his boss. He told us that we had to get off (what we had booked 48 hours earlier) because "there was a mistake in writing us down" and left on board people who reserved only a few hours before ... Nefasto! and the worst thing is that he said that it was the Manatí restaurant's fault "for not aiming well". We went to complain to Manatí and the manager Ana contacted Sebastián, the owner of Sebiche, who admitted in a text (which she obviously taught us) that it had been her mistake because it was HE who did not write us down ... He never apologized to us, despite having our data ... In short, this experience reflects a lack of immense professionalism and a non-existent customer service. I do not recommend Sebiche tours, unless you leave your ride to luck, but know that you can get off the boat at any time even if you "book" the day before. I recommend Magic Bacalar, a magnificent sailing club, with springs and dream facilities, that agreed to give us the catamaran tour one hour after Sebiche tours failed us.
