Nos venderam um passeio para teotihuacán sem almoço, porém sem opção de onde almoçar em um passeio de mais de 8h, somente o restaurante que eles param. O preço pelo almoço era de 150 pesos mexicanos e quando chegamos ao restaurante, por não ter comprado antes, nos cobraram 220 pesos, sem haverem avisado que não teríamos opções. Sem contar que a comida era péssima e revirada, bem longe do que comemos em outros lugares do México. O passeio em si foi ok, sem contar com o atraso para sairmos, quando ficamos mais de 1h esperando que todos os outros clientes chegassem ao local de saída. Bad company. They sold us a tour to Teotihuacán without lunch, but with no option of where to have lunch in a tour of more than 8 hours, only the restaurant where they stop. The price for lunch was 150 mexican pesos and when we arrived at the restaurant, for not having bought it before, they charged us 220 pesos, without having warned that we would not have options. Not to mention that the food was terrible and overturned, far from what we eat in other places in Mexico. The tour itself was ok, not counting the delay in leaving, when we were more than 1h waiting for all the other customers to arrive at the departure point.

A	Andrés Felipe Ramírez on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Íbamos para Taxco, nos recogieron en el hotel en un bus mediano, llegamos a otro punto donde nos pidieron pasarnos a otro bus muy pequeño que estaba lleno en unos puestos que ni cabíamos, les dije que para hacer un viaje de aproximadamente 4 horas y en esas condiciones no estaba bien, y me dijeron, pues no hay más, o te vas así o no vas, claramente no fuimos porque uno paga por un servicio y lo mínimo que deben ofrecer es comodidad y buena atención, no es un favor que le hacen a los clientes, se les paga por un servicio. Le dije al del tour que no viajaba así y me respondió, entonces paga un tour privado que te vale mucho más, le dije, yo lo pago pero no con ustedes, pésima agencia de Tours, no la recomiendo en absoluto. I told the tour guy that I didn't travel like that and he replied, then pay for a private tour that is worth much more, I told him, I pay for it but not with you, lousy tour agency, I don't recommend it at all.
E	Ezequiel Mukul on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, mala organización, si no quieren perder un día de tour y pasar una mala experiencia eviten solicitar a esta agencia. no te pasan a buscar a la hora acordada en el hotel, te cambian de camionetas varias veces por la mala organización que tienen al final te dejan esperando camioneta porque no se organizan que camioneta van ocupar para cada tour. Terrible service, poor organization, if you do not want to lose a day of the tour and have a bad experience, avoid requesting this agency. they do not pick you up at the agreed time at the hotel, they change trucks several times due to the poor organization they have in the end they leave you waiting for a truck because they do not organize which truck they are going to occupy for each tour.
