The Tour was very good and the guide and driver were terrific. But the deal with the agency before and after the tour was not good. They are not at all friendly nor do they explain things to you well. We were waiting more than 20 minutes and we called to find out if something happened and they didn't tell us anything ... Then we forgot an umbrella on the tour bus and we called to see where we had to go to retrieve it and they told us that they would not take charge and they passed us.

I played a very good group, very entertaining and open. However, Josue the guide had some unpleasant rudeness, in Mitla he left us alone and said I see you here at such a time and we did the tour alone, without explaining anything we saw. When they passed me to the hotel they sat me between the driver and the guide in a space that was intended for children and that is how they waited for the whole day to pass, I told them that I was no longer going to take the tour and only then did Josue pass behind, the The van was completely full, he left the whole tour on a bench. At the end of the tour, the van stopped in one of the streets of the center and Josue said that they would arrive there, we asked if they would take us to our hotels where they picked us up in the morning and he said that they were not going to get into the center of relaxation. We all went walking carrying the ball of things and bags that we bought on the tour. I do not recommend it definitely, I have taken other tours with a better vehicle and much better attention and comfort.
