â â â â â Hemos hecho las excursiones con ellos y tenemos opiniones distintas, segĂșn el guĂa que te toque tienes una buena o una mala experiencia. La primera fuimos a ChichĂ©n ItzĂĄ y fue un desastre, el guĂa Simon, nos amenazĂł con bajarnos del autobĂșs por un malentendido que hubo ya que todo venĂa porque nos dijeron que pasarĂan a recogernos a las 7:15h y no llego nadie hasta las 9:30h... De ahĂ la cosa se complicĂł y fue a peor y despuĂ©s nos ignorĂł durante el resto del tour, fue una experiencia muy pĂ©sima. Si no hubiera tenido la segunda excursiĂłn pagada, hubiese cogido otro operador. TambiĂ©n tenĂamos contratados una excursiĂłn a Tulum y estĂĄ experiencia fue positiva, el guĂa Eloy, en todo momento ha hecho ameno el viaje y se ha comportado de manera profesional, si vas con. El seguro que te gustarĂĄ el tour.
Ha mejorar la puntualidad.
 We have done the excursions with them and we have different opinions, depending on which guide you have a good or a bad experience. The first we went to Chichén Itzå and it was a disaster, the guide Simon, threatened us to get off the bus due to a misunderstanding that there was since everything was coming because they told us that they would pick us up at 7:15 a.m. and no one arrived until 9: 30h ... From there things got complicated and worse and then he ignored us for the rest of the tour, it was a very bad experience. If I had not had the second paid excursion, I would have taken another operator. We also had hired an excursion to Tulum and this experience was positive, the guide Eloy, at all times has made the trip enjoyable and has behaved in a professional manner, if you go with it. The insurance that you will like the tour.
Has improve punctuality.

â â â â â Una muy mala experiencia, los ContratĂ© para unos amigos costarricenses y les extrajeron dinero de sus pertenencias las cuales les pidieron dejaran sin problema en la van mientras visitaban lis cenotes, pues segĂșn era seguro ...reclamĂ© y no dieron la cara, tache a estos tours
A very bad experience, I hired them for some Costa Rican friends and they extracted money from their belongings which they asked them to leave without any problem in the van while they visited the cenotes, well, as it was certain... I complained and they did not show their faces, cross these out tours

â â â â â HĂ©ctor (foca) ha sido un guĂa magnĂfico! Sus explicaciones durante el viaje y en los lugares, su atenciĂłn en las paradas... ÂĄUn genio! Hemos hecho tour a ChichĂ©n ItzĂĄ plus con dos cenotes. La van estaba muy limpia y era muy cĂłmoda. El conductor, Javier, nos ha llevado de maravilla.
HĂ©ctor (seal) has been a magnificent guide! His explanations during the trip and in the places, his attention at the stops... A genius! We have toured Chichen Itza plus with two cenotes. The van was very clean and very comfortable. The driver, Javier, has taken us wonderfully.

â â â â â TrĂšs bonne excursion Ă Holbox, avec Arturo qui parle assez bien le Français et qui est trĂšs attentionnĂ© avec les personnes prĂ©sentes. Le voyage câest bien dĂ©roulĂ© en bus climatisĂ©, les diffĂ©rents points visitĂ©s sont trĂšs bien et nous avons bien mangĂ©.

Very good excursion to Holbox, with Arturo who speaks French quite well and who is very attentive to those present. The trip went well in the air-conditioned bus, the various points visited were very good and we ate well.

â â â â â Tienen distintos servicios y paquetes de turismo, en esta ocasiĂłn solo me transporte con ellos desde CancĂșn hasta la isla Holbox y de regreso. Muy buen servicio y atenciĂłn a los clientes durante los trayectos. Nos guiaron Frank y Gabriel.
They have different services and tourism packages, this time I only transported myself with them from Cancun to Holbox Island and back. Very good service and attention to customers during the journey. Frank and Gabriel guided us.

â â â â â I would not recommend this tour agency to ANYONE.
They took us to Bacalar today and it was a mess, the guy in charge if the van was waiting for 7 people that never arrived, this delayed the tour for an hour at least and apparently we only got to stay for 30 minutes at our first stop.
Logistics are awful.
Never using them again.

â â â â â We booked tour from guy named Fernando at 5th Av. He informed us wrong about departure time (told us to be ready at 6:50 but our ride arrived at 7:40), additional tax that needs to be paid onsight (he said 1$ but it was around 11$) and what is actually included in our tour. On the other hand, our guide Pablo was excellent and he made our tour great in the end.
