Tuve una muy mala experiencia con el personal de la tienda que está en la plaza... lleve a reclamar en garantía una pulsera que tenía 1 semana de uso y se le cayo una perla. Me pusieron muchísimos pretextos y me dijeron que no creían poderme hacer válida la garantía porque la pieza estaba en “mal estado”, el mal estado eran rayaduras del uso normal de una pulsera… Me dijeron que además ellas no habían vendido la pulsera y también por eso no se podían hacer responsables de la garantía! Pero lo peor de todo, fue la pésima actitud!! De vdd aparte del muy mal servicio, fueron muy groseras en su trato. Me fui a la sucursal que está dentro de palacio, y mi experiencia fue completamente diferente! Me resolvieron rapidísimo, pidieron disculpas por la falla de la pieza, me hicieron cambio inmediato y me trataron muy bien! I RECOMMEND YOU GO TO THE BRANCH THAT IS INSIDE THE PALACE !! They gave me many excuses and told me that they did not believe they could make the guarantee valid because the piece was in "bad condition", the bad condition was scratches from normal use of a bracelet ... They told me that they had not sold the bracelet and also because of that could not be held responsible for the warranty! But worst of all, it was the terrible attitude !! From vdd aside from the very bad service, they were very rude in their treatment. I went to the branch that is inside the palace, and my experience was completely different! They solved me very quickly, they apologized for the failure of the part, they made me change immediately and they treated me very well!
