★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nefasto servicio, no tienen sistema y no te pueden entregar tus accesorios...y tampoco te dicen cuando se reestablece...que vengas otro día a ver si "ya hay" y si no, pues no te dan nada!.. pésimo!
Nefarious service, they don't have a system and they can't give you your accessories ... and they don't tell you when it is reestablished ... to come another day to see if "there is already" and if not, then they don't give you anything! .. terrible !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Una "tienda" lo suficientemente grande como para comprar lo que requieras de la marca. Tous no tiene grandes sorpresas pero es constante en su segmento y en esta tienda seguro lo encuentras. El personal es eficiente, pero no amable. Sin dudas un aspecto muy importante a mejorar.
A "store" big enough to buy what you need from the brand. Tous does not have big surprises but it is constant in its segment and in this store you will surely find it. The staff is efficient, but not friendly. Undoubtedly a very important aspect to improve.
