★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es una clinica dedicada a la atención de personas que resultan lastimadas de accidentes de transito, la atencion no es buena ya que llegamos a las 14:45 hrs y no habia en recepcion quien nos atendiera, el motivo por el que no estaban es que salen a comer de 14:30 a 15:30 hrs. El demas personal lo ve a uno y no le comunica a uno nada. Ya que lo reciben a uno la atencion es buena.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio! mi amiga tuvo un accidente en moto el seguro nunca llegó ambulancia y le dieron pase médico para ir ahí y la atendieron estando grave casi 5 horas después malditos ineptos! la peor atención médica y negligencia médica!
Terrible service! My friend had an accident on a motorcycle. The insurance never came to the ambulance and they gave her a medical pass to go there and they treated her while she was in serious condition almost 5 hours later, damned inept! the worst medical care and medical malpractice!

El día de hoy 12 de septiembre del 2018, la gerente Ariadna de clínica Coyoacan, golpeo vilmente a mi mamá, siendo que ella esta muy lesionada de la columna!! Obviamente necesito atención médica de urgencias, por lo que deberían a esa “gerente” a un psiquiátrico, es una mujer desequilibrada, además de que no es apta para administrar un hospital, y obviamente, mucho menos tratar a los pacientes. Los directivos no hacen absolutamente nada hacia las quejas, los médicos dan malos diagnósticos, las recepcionistas son peores que las taquilleras del metro, y solo se rescata la Dra. rehabilitadora, tres fisioterapeutas y la señora de la limpieza de la tarde que es muy educada. CUIDEN SU INTEGRIDAD FISICA, Y NO ACUDAN A ESE LUGAR DE MUERTE!!

Hoy tuve un accidente desafortinadamente la aseguradora qualitas me dio un pase a este hospital, al parecer como vieron que venia por parte de la aseguradora se hicieron tontos y se tardaron en atenderme, no recibimos la atención adecuada.
Las aseguradora deben poner atención es estas situciones.
Me tuve que ir a otro hospital porque tardaban y nunca me atendieron.
Pague por mi cuenta los gastos medicos y la aseguradora no me rembolso, porque segun tenia que esperar a que los del hospital me atendiarasn despues de 1 hora de esperar, mejor me hubiera ido a la cruz roja

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ijolé. Un sevicio pesimo como si estuviera en en el seguro social. La srita. de la recepción nada amable y aparte nos tocó cambio de turno ni siquiera para decir un momento o algo así o quién nos va atender. Ya que pasamos a consulta solo hacen preguntas al paciente y supuestamente lo digo así porque le tomaron rx lo cuál no nos mostraron para explicar. Soló se limitaron en decir q no había daño y nos dieron la receta eso fue todo el servicio. Para acumular le dieron mal la receta no corresponde la dosis q necesita el paciente. Nos tardamos 40min para hacer atendidos y en consulta 15 min y con interpretación radiografica???. Que podía esperar si es servicio de una aseguradora. Pesimo nada recomendable.
Ijolé. A lousy service as if you were in Social Security. Miss. from the reception was not friendly and apart we had to change shifts not even to say a moment or something or who will attend us. Since we went to the consultation they only ask the patient questions and supposedly I say it this way because they took rx which they did not show us to explain. They just limited themselves to saying that there was no harm and they gave us the recipe that was all the service. In order to accumulate the prescription was wrong, the dose that the patient needs does not correspond. It took us 40min to attend and in consultation 15 min and with radiographic interpretation ???. What to expect if it's an insurer's service. Pesimo nothing recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El servicio de este lugar deja mucho que desear, para nada parece un lugar en dónde se de atención diferente a la del seguro social, las señoritas de recepción no te ponen atención, no les interesa tu tiempo, pareciera que te están haciendo un favor, no contraten este seguro, ya cualquier hospital se hace llamar torre médica y pensariamos que dan buen servicio pero la verdad es que no. El médico es muy descuidado en la valoración, el único amable fue el radiólogo, así de mal están, me comentaron que las críticas no eran veridicas, pero al parecer sí. Nada recomendable!

El servicio médico excelente, las orientaciones medicas telefónicas son lo mejor. Seguimiento para COVID19 sin salir de casa. Puedes llamar cuántas veces quieras y videoconsultas ilimitadas al contratar cualquier tipo de póliza. GNP-Medica móvil . Vivir es increíble.
