★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio ! Nadie te atiende, el recepcionista hace de todo, para ser hospital de aseguradora deberían de tener mayor calidad ! Vayan al IMSS mejor !
Terrible service ! Nobody attends you, the receptionist does everything, to be an insurance hospital they should have higher quality! Go to the IMSS better!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No he recibido atención por ninguno de sus colaboradores. No digo que sea malo pero puede mejorar mucho. Tardaron demasiado en entregarme un informe médico y después de una semana me entregaron radiografías de otro paciente, el día que estuve ahí iban a trasladarme a otro hospital porque no tenían material (hilo) para suturar. Decidí irme a otro hospital cercano.
Cuiden su dinero y sobre todo su salud, denuncien cualquier anomalía.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La atencion de la recepcionista deja mucho que desear, no es grosera pero sí déspota en su hablar. La atención de la enfermera, médico y radiólogo fue bastante buena.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mala experiencia, tuve un Accidente me mandó la aseguradora con el pase médico, me tomaron más de 5 imágenes de Rayos X, pedí que me permitieran mi Resumen Médico y las imágenes para revisión con mi médico particular, y me pidieron hacer y firmar una solicitud, me entregaron al otro día un disco con 3 imágenes sin nombre y no parecen ser mis placas, nos pidieron acudir y de nuevo nos dieron un disco erróneo, y se burlaron la señorita Samantha Vega y su Compañera o Asesora, se burlaban cuando se les pide lo lógico, mi documentación, terrible hospital!
