Se encuentra de todo, bien surtida muy organizada y buenos precios.

Es maravilloso lugar. Súper surtido muy buenos precios y todo perfecto. Me encantó que conseguí la mayonesa japonesa, udon congelado, mini sriracha, KitKats de matcha, ramen instantáneo súper bueno. De 10!

La tienda tiene una variedad increíble de productos orientales nada más que por la contingencia el aforo es muy reducido así que si vienen solo vaya una persona pero de verdad es impresionante el lugar me gustó mucho

La atención de las chicas en tienda y mostrador es muy buena, fui por primera vez y me dieron recomendaciones, muy atentas, sin duda regresaré por más productos, hasta variedad de cervezas tienen ??

I wan to buy everything in this store, they have tea, tea pots and cups, dishes and other stuff, Japanese snacks and sodas, this place is awesome!

I know Toyo in other parts of the country and I am happy to see one branch near home here in Mexico City as well. I have noticed that the best day to have variety of products could be Friday morning as it seems to receive new shippings every Thursday or so. As much as I would like to put a 5 star mark, there is always room for improvement. The Delivery service is only if you have a minimum of 1,500 pesos. The minimum should be lower to incentive the purchase to more people. They offer an alliance which is corner shop, to do the groceries on your behalf and deliver it to your home, but turns out that the alliance company does not delivers to my particular address that is 10min by car away from Toyo, it just does not make sense. The other room for improvement is the attention to detail the local staff can put into the email orders. As much as we send ahead of time the list of items, when you go to the store, NOBODY has prepared the order, neither nobody knows anything about it and if you demand follow up they just simply ignore you. I was lucky to find one day a Japanese person in charge and we put matters into the table. But what if this person wouldn’t be there? We want to buy in a regularly basis, but due to the lack of realistic options for delivery or pick up it makes us difficult to put a 5 star rating. Hopefully in the near future we see these improvements coming in to life, so we can revisit the review area and put the 5 star.
