really bad service, they promise you impossible things, and they ask you money ahead any fix that is not covered on the assurance

Will be leaving a more detailed review of the dealerships that Toyota del Bajio owns, so far cannot speak good about the owner and the people that he has working at the dealership Gto Capital.

Toyota, a great brand. My 2006 Sequoia has over 245,000 miles (394,238 km). Language barrier as I do not speak Spanish. The staff is patient and kind and have tried to accommodate my needs. Nice facility. The lost star is for three reasons: First, they can’t always get cars in and out on the same day like in the states. Appointments seem mandatory. Secondly, I’m not convinced they have the experience for a Sequoia (likely have the training just not the experience). And finally, parts I need have had to be ordered. The wait time is huge compared with dealers in the states. The comparison of Mexican dealers to US dealers may be unfair to the owners. Toyota (corporate) needs to step up their game and help out with logistics. My faith in them is based on the US brand. Try them yourself and let them know the review of Goyo GTO influenced you to try them out. Oh, new location on the west side of town is said to have the same ownership.

Cars! Made by Toyota! Works of art of you ask me. Some of those wheels would make a nun blush! What's more, outside their main showroom, they've fake grass that looks so real you would swear it's real grass, though I tested it and it was indeed fake grass! That white Hiace van.... You've outdone yourselves. Lovely looking engine, all those tubes and stuff. I'd buy one just for those tubes....
