★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy buena atención, de las personas que toman la Sita para el taller, muy amables pero es desafortunado que hasta miedo te de dejar la camioneta en el taller, pensando que te van a quitar una pieza, hay personas que conozco que no han tenido experiencias agradables. Espero y realmente no suceda nada cuando la lleve al mantenimiento y no me quiten ninguna pieza. O como el gancho para tirar que tengo la sospecha que me la cambiaron. Desafortunadamente por la confianza que uno tiene por ser agencia pero llegar atener que sacar todas las cosas de adentro como si fueran ladrones. Espero recuperar la confianza y sentir esa seguridad y olvidar todos los malos testimonios.
Very good attention, from the people who take the Sita for the workshop, very friendly but it is unfortunate that you are even afraid of leaving the truck in the workshop, thinking that they are going to take a part from you, there are people I know who have not had experiences nice. I hope and nothing really happens when I take it to maintenance and no parts are removed. Or like the hook to pull that I have the suspicion that they changed it. Unfortunately, because of the confidence that one has to be an agency but have to remove everything from inside as if they were thieves. I hope to regain confidence and feel that security and forget all the bad testimonials.

El personal es grosero.
Para toda aclaración culpan al gerente, la cuál es muy grosera y prepotente. Te atienden como si fueras a pedirles regalado.
La calidad del taller es muy cuestionable y no son nada trasparentes con su trabajo.
No recomiendo Toyota en Matamoros, muy lamentable de la marca.

The staff is rude.
For any clarification they blame the manager, who is very rude and arrogant. They treat you as if you were going to ask them for a gift.
The quality of the workshop is very questionable and they are not at all transparent with their work.
I do not recommend Toyota in Matamoros, very unfortunate of the brand.

At the beginning I was hesitant to know if they speak English, but he does in a very professional way and Great Prices compared with the ones from Brownsville.
