★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La chica de recepción al momento de llegar nos manda directamente a ver el automóvil sin tomarnos la información, cuando vuelvo a su lugar de recepción me menciona que se encuentra ocupada y NO PUEDE TOMAR mis datos para que un asesor me pueda atender por lo que me dice que espere y ella va a tomarme los datos en un momento, han pasado 40 minutos, y ella está platicando con sus compañeras, no ha tomado los datos, ha abandonado su lugar. Durante esos 40 minutos pudo tomar información de 3 clientes más, pero para mí estuvo ocupada. La marca Toyota puede ser la mejor del mundo, pero con el personal que tienen en sucursal sendero deja mucho que desear. 50 minutos después me retiro a una mejor agencia de autos: HONDA

Si es necesario cobrar para que den buen servicio no duden en hacerlo.
