- Cuentas con 4 modos de manejo (Eco, Normal, Sport, EV) Gracias al sistema HSD no hay necesidad de conectar el auto a la corriente, ya que los híbridos Toyota se recargan solos. En cada frenado y desaceleración recuperan energía automáticamente.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No sirve de nada el Servico al cliente Toyota ya son 2 unidades diferentes que se adquieren y las 2 con fallas y no quieren hacerse responsables de sus defectos los cuales dejan muchísimo que desear tanto en el personal tecnico que evalúa las unidades de recepción para reventa como la administración de de la reventa no revisan los puntos que ofrecen de garantía los cuales a posición como marca ya no son tan buenas, en mi opinión ya NO SON RECOMENDABLES... como cliente ya no los recomiendo

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En el call center del corporativo, nadie contesta. Tengo un asunto urgente y nadie contesta. Ayer me dijeron que nadie fue a trabajar por la pandemia y ni siquiera enrutan los teléfonos. En la concesionaria de Toyota Nijón de Santa Fe, perdieron la factura de un auto de 2012, porque dicen que cambiaron de razón social en 2014 y la "vieja razón social": "Promotora Automotriz Santa Fe" se llevo todos los expendientes. Y la "vieja razón social" ya es hoy una empresa fantasma que no hay forma de localizarla. Dejaron un domicilio falso. Triste que no se lleve un registro de todos los expedientes. Dejando al cliente en estado de indefensión frente a un accidente.
En la respuesta que viene aquí abajo me dicen que escriba a un correo electrónico. Ya mandé mi queja y nuevamente NADIE contesta. ¿Qué pasa con Toyota?

At the Toyota Nijón dealership in Santa Fe, they lost the invoice for a 2012 car, because they say they changed their company name in 2014 and the "old company name": "Santa Fe Automotive Promoter" took all the files. And the "old business name" is already today a shell company that there is no way to locate it. They left a false address. It is sad that a record of all the files is not kept. Leaving the client defenseless against an accident.
In the answer that comes down here they tell me to write to an email. I already sent my complaint and again NOBODY answers. What about Toyota?
