Mala atención tardan en dar respuesta. No son amables y ha bajado mucho su categoría.

Es la Única consecionaria en Oaxaca y no tiene ningún solo auto en exhibición, no solo es imperdonable para una marca prestigiada a nivel mundial con un sumo control de calidad, si no una deshonra para la marca tener una consecionsria extremadamente austera vacía, justificando que todo es bajo pedido, pero como es posible si no es compra de catalogo como si se teatara de artículos de Avión caray...y quizá no haya mucha producción pero muchos Toyota en otros estados si hay variedad. Imaginen si compran un modelo y en vivo no es del agrado, ahora veo q muchas consecionarias en Oaxaca si tienen variedad !!!! El personal triste apático carente .
It is the only dealership in Oaxaca and does not have a single car on display, not only is it inexcusable for a world-renowned brand with high quality control, but it is also a disgrace for the brand to have an extremely austere empty dealership, justifying that everything It's on request, but how is it possible if it's not a catalog purchase as if it were theatrical items from Avión damn...and maybe there isn't much production but many Toyotas in other states if there is variety. Imagine if you buy a model and live it is not to your liking, now I see that many dealers in Oaxaca do have variety!!!! Staff sad apathetic lacking .

Buena atención por parte del personal. Instalaciones limpias y en buen estado. Los baños están limpios. Una excelente opción para llevar tu coche Toyota a servicio.
Good attention from the staff. Clean and well maintained facilities. The toilets are clean. An excellent option to take your Toyota car to service.

Pésima atención. Sinceramente no comprendo porqué esta consecionaria se sale tanto de los estándares de calidad en el servicio de la marca. La atención de venta es muy precaria, el incremento en los costos de lso seguros es excesiva. No recomiendo en lo absoluto comprar aquí.
Terrible attention. Honestly, I don't understand why this dealership goes so far beyond the quality standards of the brand's service. The sales service is very precarious, the increase in insurance costs is excessive. I do not recommend buying here at all.

WHATEVER TIME TOYOTA TELLS YOU THEY WILL HAVE YOUR CAR READY, DOUBLE IT! The service department personnel have consistently broken their word about delivery dates every time that we took our car in for service. It seems that the issue is that INSURANCE is paying for the repairs. When insurance pays, you do not schedule a normal service appointment with Toyota Oaxaca. As a result, they apparently just fix your car whenever they can fit it in their packed schedule. For example, we just took our in yesterday and were told that it would be ready in 8 days, even though the service department ordered parts ahead of time for us. This work should normally take about 3 days at most, based on our experience with other garages. Today, we talked to the service department, and they told us it would take them THIRTEEN days to deliver the car that they promised in eight days. In the past, the service department has given us specific dates and times to pick up our car, then they have denied giving us those dates. I understand that the service department is busy, but they should still tell the truth. It's UNPROFESSIONAL to make a commitment and then to not at least admit that you made that commitment and ask to reschedule. I do not see how Toyota Oaxaca is doing anything other than LYING to its customers. I cannot help but conclude that Toyota Oaxaca does not care about its customers very much. The sales department was amazing when we bought our car, but you should not expect the service department to keep their word.

If you can, I recommend taking your car to another Toyota dealership. This place is disorganized, chaotic, and seemingly incapable of proper vehicle maintenance. This was a total waste of of a day and 1,500 pesos. Let me explain... Prior to this maintenance appointment, I've taken my Prius C to dealerships in Arizona, Jalisco, Puebla, and Quintana Roo. This is by far the WORST experience I've ever had. To start, unlike previous visits which took a maximum of 2-2.5 hours, this routine maintenance appointment took nearly 6 hours. As if that wasn't bad enough, they didn't fix the mechanical issues I originally brought it in for. I explained that the engine sounded louder than usual but they said nothing was out of the ordinary and returned it with the same loud engine sounds. I also noted that a piece on the front of the car had popped out (see pictures) but they said they couldn't fix it. At that point, my boyfriend tried pushing it back in with a key and fixed it right there. That leads me to believe they didn't even bother looking at it in the first place. Unlike all the other dealerships I've visited which give me a copy of the diagnostics papers detailing every point of the car they check and their notes (for instance, how much tread the tire has, etc.) I got no such paper. What I did see was an illegible paragraph of mechanic's notes, though I didn't even get a copy of that. Finally, other Toyota dealerships have done a superb job at the interior and exterior detailing (car wash). This time, I got my car back with streaks all over the windows, bird poop on the hood, and other parts of the car that were still dirty.
