He tenido la experiencia en otras agencias y esto lo dan por hecho como parte de proceso de entrega y por supuesto yo ya venía acostumbrada a esto y cada que voy a esta agencia si no lo pides, ellos lo omiten por completo!!
At each visit I have had, I have to demand that I have a stamp and signature placed in my maintenance history as well as the delivery of the checklist of the general condition of the vehicle. I have had the experience in other agencies and this is taken for granted as part of the delivery process and of course I was used to this and every time I go to this agency if you do not ask for it, they omit it completely !!
