Servicio mechanico muy malo. Mejor llevarlo a Mexico si necesita mantenimiento. Don't bring your car for maintenance there. I had to wait around for 8 hours even though i arrived an hour early fot my appointment. Then when i got my car back there was damage tomy wheel and less than 30 days later the check engine light came on and i took it to CDMXToyota dealership and I found out that the maintenance had not been done completely despite having paid $6000 mexican pesos at Toyota in Queretero.

Terrible costumer service. Dishonest, always trying to sell things you don't actually need. inefficient employees without criteria. I will definitely reconsider before buying another Toyota just avoid their costumer service from hell.

Very nice cars, but this place was horrible. I ordered a car, after 3 months they did not get it, they were acting like divas offering only models and colors they have. At the end I got back my money, but it is very sad Queretaro does not have another Totota agencie.

This place is by far the worst experience I have ever had in purchasing or servicing a car. First off they take enormous amounts of personal information and photos of identification all that could be used to commit identity theft against you when purchasing a vehicle. The same thing happens when going to service the car. It requires five different signatures on documents that are pages and pages long. You would need to bring a lawyer with you to read them. The interior, exterior, and engine bay, wheel wells, and every aspect of my car was photographed all while I waited (this is just the initial drop off). All of this is done to protect THEM. What do you get out of it? An overpriced oil change that in total takes you five hours. I will never return. This is what happens when someplace has monopoly in a city of 1.3M. People want to buy Toyota products, but they have to deal with these jerks. Please by all means take your business elsewhere.

Went in to buy two cars, left uninterested. The demo we were given was uninspiring and the salesperson looked bored. The sales team could benefit from some training and better support from the management with more attractive demo vehicles.
