Pésimo servicio el de refacciones, no contestan el teléfono tuve que pedir un contacto y me pasaron un celular solo para WhatsApp y TAMPOCO contestan los mensajes ??

Zulema Castro en la sucursal Toyota Hermosillo Morelos atiende otros asuntos administrativos al mismo tiempo que me está atendiendo a mi. Se levanta de su escritorio para atender asientos diferentes al mío y se equivoca, me pide que la disculpe por tener mucho trabajo. Dos veces me ha pedido disculpas por no hablarme para agendar que recoja el carro antes de su hora de comida (argumentando estrés laboral y que es mucho trabajo que les piden que realicen) y me ha programado la entrega hasta las 5 pm. Hoy más que nunca, la noté más estresada de lo normal. Llegué tarde 11 minutos a mi cita, me dijo que mi cita se había cancelado y que si gustaba pasara a reagendar. Le pedí que me atendiera mientras llegaba la sigt persona y me dijo (trabajando en la computadora) que ella tenía mucho trabajo que hacer y que era imposible intentarlo. No me veía a los ojos. Le pedí empatía, le dije que a todos nos puede suceder no llegar a tiempo a las citas y que después le iba a pasar a ella. Enojada me dijo que no la amenazara. Me asignaron otro asesor que con mala actitud de servicio, me recibió el carro. El se llama Miguel Ángel Castañeda. Después de que firmé, me dijo que se estaba recibiendo el carro “sin cita”, dijo que no se sabe si el carro saldrá hoy o manana. Que èl no se hace responsable de eso. Los empleados parecen trabajar como máquinas y al no ser máquinas, se cansan y no dan buena calidad en el servicio al cliente. Hoy apenas que es lunes, mi cita era a las 7:45 am y ya estaban molestos los dos empleados. Algo está fallando en el sistema.laboral, probablemente son muy pocos empleados y más trabajo factible de llevarse a cabo. Las citas son cada 15 minutos y no deben tener fallas, no tienen nada de tolerancia al error, parece que ellos tampoco tienen tolerancia al error. Y eso se nota, los clientes somos los afectados con su mala actitud hacia nosotros.
