Pésimo servicio en el área del taller, la señora Kitty se presentó 15 min tarde y de mala gaba a la cita que nos generó para entregar el auto al servicio y un día antes no quiso resibirnos el auto por qué "estaba ocupada"

Tengo mucha confianza en el profesionalismo y honestidad de esta agencia Toyota. Mi unica queja es que el tiempo para verificar un auto debido a un problema puede tomar dos dias o más para diagnóstico y de alli agendar otra cita para arreglar y ordenar partes lo cual se me hace muy desesperante para un cliente que se queda prácticamente sin auto por todo ese lapso de tiempo, amén de que no aceptan tarjeta de débido/crédito de EUA para los pagos. Fuera de ello, el personal es atento, amable y buena onda. Estoy seguro que si buscaran una solución a ello harían mas negocio. I have great confidence in the professionalism and honesty of this Toyota dealer. My only complaint is the time to check a car due to a problem, it may take two days or more to diagnose and then schedule another appointment to fix and order parts, which makes it difficult for a client who stays practically with no car for all that time, in addition to the fact that they do not accept USA debit/credit cards for payments. Other than that, the staff is attentive and friendly. I am sure that if they looked for a solution to this they would do more business.

Great staff and great car's

I scheduled an oil change at 10:15 on Saturday, Dec 21. When I made the appointment I was told it would take 2 hours, which seemed a bit long, but I was in need of a change and a visit to a Toyota dealership, so I agreed. However, when I arrived around 10 am, and after checking in with the service rep, I was told it wouldn't be ready until 1 pm. I wasn't really happy with this, but had no real choice but to accept. So, we walked to a nearby store that had a few places to eat and had some brunch. We hung out there a little past 1,pm, and then walked over to the dealer to get the Camry. When we arrive at the dealer, I see my car sitting outside, and I am thinking it is all ready to go. I walk into the service rep office, and notice I am not getting any eye contact from the 3 reps sitting in the office. I feel something is amiss, go back outside to check on my car, and it is gone. I walk back to the service area, and see the mechanic just getting out of my car after he pulled it into the service bay. Apparently, the reason I wasn't getting any eye contact is that the didn't do anything with my car until they saw me walking up to the office. Short story, I was extremely disappointed in their service (which I did not get) and I told them forget the oil change and left the dealership pretty disappointed with the dealership. I will be lodging a complaint with Toyota Mexico. It might be a waste of time, but I'll feel better getting it off my chest!
