The after-sales service is terrible, once you have bought the car, they treat people as if they were doing them a favor and above all they are super unpunctual, they say that they deliver on x date and it takes days, to make the guarantee valid they put many buts and on top of that they charge 1200 for a diagnosis. According to the brand it is very good but in reality it shows something else

The process of receiving and delivering the cars for service is very slow and tedious, they try to be "so friendly" that they get sick, as a customer you want a fast and attentive service, that's enough. Very expensive prices (like any agency) I only go there for the guarantee.

I went to Tepepan because I had less workload than Coapa. Generally speaking, the service was good, but not great. I took my vehicle in for service and they missed "details". Everything that involves the levels, the brakes, the rotation, the explanation by the advisor and other things that the service included, everything was fine... which is the most important thing, I agree. But even so: one of those "details" is that I saw a scratch when it was delivered to me and everything indicates that it was done there, because when they did the inventory, they did not mark anything on the sheet. Another "detail" I am referring to is that the car wash and the vacuuming are handled as a "courtesy" (obviously not, you pay for everything, even if it is not broken down as such in the final bill, it would also be the last straw if you take it to the agency and return it dirty), but since they emphasize that it's "courtesy" well, if they do it halfway, there's no problem because it's "courtesy", ok? And another "detail" that has to do with customer service is that it was terribly hot at noon and since the person in charge of the cafeteria leaves before the agency closes, you have to endure your thirst, because the refrigerator has a lock and only that person has a key ? and they don't offer you alternative solutions, they just shrug their shoulders, even if you're dehydrating.

The worst experience in agencies!!! That the saleswoman Mar attended us was the worst thing that could happen, two months leaving the section and in all that time not even her lights, to demand the return of the money she diverted the calls and she did not answer the messages, she just went around as if the people had their time, definitely better look for another agency or alternatively another advisor if you don't want to have a bad time, in the end we bought the car in another Toyota agency in just 3 weeks and with a brand new truck
