★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es mi segunda visita y fué totalmente deficiente el servicio, solo se limitaron a lo básico y no reportaron que se necesitaba arreglar de otras cosas.
Me tardaron mucho en recibirme, me trataron como si me hicieran el favor de atenderme y no me dieron información bien como debe de ser.
La verdad no voy a regresar ahí, voy a buscar otras opciones porque para colmo no salió bien el auto, no lo lavaron bien.
Yo tuve que pedir que le cambiaran piezas gastadas, piezas que son de dirección importantes me dijeron que no necesitaba cambiarlas cuando en su reporte dice que estan desgastadas.
Se nota que los asesores y el area de taller no tienen buena comunicación y estan saturados de trabajo por no saber planificar sus actividades a mi no me afectaba que me dijeran que no tenian tiempo hoy que reprogramaramos para mañana para que todo fuera mejor o algo así, pero no a ellos lo que les interesa es que pagues por el mal trabajo que te hacen, definitivamente NO LO RECOMIENDO Y NO VOY A REGRESAR.
 It is my second visit and the service was totally deficient, they only limited themselves to the basics and did not report that other things needed to be fixed.
It took me a long time to receive me, they treated me as if they were doing me the favor of attending me and they did not give me information as well as it should be.
The truth is I'm not going to go back there, I'm going to look for other options because to top it off the car didn't turn out well, they didn't wash it well.
I had to ask them to change worn parts, parts that are important steering parts, they told me that I did not need to change them when their report says that they are worn.
It is clear that the advisors and the workshop area do not have good communication and are saturated with work because they do not know how to plan their activities. It did not affect me that they told me that they did not have time today that we reschedule for tomorrow so that everything would be better or something like that , but what interests them is not that you pay for the bad work they do to you, definitely I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT AND I WILL NOT RETURN.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me negaron venta por que seria de contado, y ahorita como les están llegando pocos coches solo les venden a personas con su financiamiento.
Trato despreciable y ni siquiera me quisieron anotar en lista de espera por que solo están vendiendo a su financiamiento.
Levantaré mi respectiva denuncia.
They denied me a sale because it would be in cash, and right now, as few cars are arriving, they only sell to people with their financing.
Despicable treatment and they did not even want to put me on the waiting list because they are only selling to their financing.
I will raise my respective complaint.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mala asesoría precios altos tiempos de espera de entrega super tardados. En taller me rompieron piezas molduras y no aceptaron su responsabilidad sigo buscando el diferencial del corolla 2016 al que según factura le cambiaron 3.9 lts de aceite ligas y retén y junta... En matto de 120 mil.
Bad advice, high prices, super slow delivery waiting times. In the workshop they broke molding pieces and they did not accept their responsibility. I am still looking for the differential of the 2016 corolla which, according to the invoice, they changed 3.9 liters of oil, leagues and seal and gasket... In matto of 120 thousand.
