★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estoy marcando por telefono para reportar una fuga de gas y después de casi 10 mins colgue porque nunca contestaron, lo bueno que otro vecino llamo a los bomberos y ellos contestaron y llegaron rapidamente felicidades a los bomberos y tache a tractebel.
 I am dialing to report a gas leak and after almost 10 minutes hang up because they never answered, the good thing that another neighbor called the fire department and they answered and they quickly congratulated the fire department and crossed out tractebel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nunca contestan, son puntuales para cortar el servicio pero cuando uno necesita algo, como la reparación de una fuga, tardan muchísimo en ir, incremento del costo de servicio, te cobran cosas que tu no pediste. Mucha informalidad desde que se contrata el servicio
They never answer, they are punctual to cut the service but when one needs something, like the repair of a leak, they take a long time to go, increase the cost of service, they charge you things that you did not ask for. Much informality since the service is contracted

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Media hora en el Tel. Para que te atiendan,y aparte te dan un numero incorrecto de la aseguradora. (Osea hay que volver a marcarle a ellos)
En Querétaro no hay teléfono de oficinas. Y el sitio web no funciona.
Así deberían de desaparecer para para cobrar cuando llegue la factura.!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio además haces el pago por aplicación y aún así te cortan el servio y luego te cobran la reconexión es la verdad un servicio totalmente horrible

SI PAGAS EL TOTAL, NUNCA TE REGRESAN EL DIFERENCIAL DE LO QUE YA HABIAS PAGADO EL MES ANTERIOR, SON MAÑOSOS

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El servicio es muy malo te cobran meses que ya pagaste, los que responden los teléfonos cada uno te dice algo diferente. No respetan los contratos, los precios son muy caros y el servicio deficiente... no lo recomiendo.
