D	Dan Chartrand on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Such a different style trailer park compared to the ones seen in Arizona. The cabanas/palapas look great. So many Canadians and francophones. Pad fees are the same as the US, but the view is better than Arizona any day.
C	Clyde H. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Location, Location, Location, close to the ocean. All kinds of water fun things to do. Excellent restaurants border the RV Park. Public buses stop out in front of the park. It is a $6 taxi ride to a major shopping center or to the hotel and tourist zone.

Not sure?) and almost all of the palapas and built-in trailers burned, all improvements and electrical wiring burned. The 6 or 8 spaces that did not burn are the only ones with a view (and back up to the pool). These spaces are used by people who have built in their trailers and pay by the year. Manager appears overwhelmed with enormity of clean-up, lack of workers (partly due to covid) and of course a drastically cut income stream. Most spaces are available, but oh, what a mess. And a great deal of the clean-up of your selected spot will most likely fall on you. Over time, the value of the location will bring about rejuvenation and remodeling (our opinion) or the property could sell to a developer (again, opinion only).
A	Angel Barson on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The park is being built back beautifully after the electrical fire in March of 2019. There are still some very nice spaces that can be expanded and designed with a yearly lease.

I asked for a refund on my deposit 1 month prior to the reservation but did not get any response from them. 3 weeks later after sending another email I get a response that I would not be getting my refund. I would like to know what their cancellation policy is. Definitely, this resort is poorly managed and because of this I would not recommend anyone book here.
