Lo único bueno que tiene este lugar es la ubicación, ya que es de los únicos gimnasios en la zona.
El equipo para entrenar es viejo, con más fe 5 años de uso, poleas rotas, sin lubricacion, mancuernas y disco gastados y despostillados, bancos que apenas pueden sostenerse de pie y con cojines rotos, sus maquinas para cardio... mejor no hablemos de ellas, son un chiste. En pocas palabras, no sirve su equipo.
La música es otro detalle, pues solo la ponen cuando se acuerdan de ella. Con la membresía tan alta que cobran ¿no pueden pagar un servicio de streaming para no tener que escuchar los comerciales?
Desde el momento en que te inscribes te indican sobre el entrenador, solo es de apoyo y tiene prohibido dar entrenamiento personalizado. ¿Entonces porque se la pasan de forma continua entrenando a una sola persona?
Ni se te ocurra pedirles asesoría porque se ofenden por la pregunta.
Como mencioné, el precio es un gran problema, con la cantidad que cobran por mensualidad fácilmente puedes inscribirte a un gimnasio de cadena como empire fitness, kompter o smart fit. Si vives en la zona, te recomiendo pasar a la ciclovia, es más barata y limpia.
No recomiendo para nada entrar a este gimnasio.

Simply put, your equipment is useless.
Music is another detail, because they only play it when they remember it. With the membership so high that they charge, can't they afford a streaming service so they don't have to listen to commercials?
From the moment you sign up, they tell you about the coach, he is only supportive and he is prohibited from giving personalized training. So why do they continually train one person?
Don't even think about asking them for advice because they are offended by the question.
As I mentioned, the price is a big problem, with the amount they charge per month you can easily join a chain gym like empire fitness, kompter or smart fit. If you live in the area, I recommend you go to the bike path, it is cheaper and cleaner.
I do not recommend entering this gym at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tiene buenas máquinas para hacer ejercicio, primera planta tiene equipo para tren inferior, segundo planta tiene equipo para tren superior, tercera planta tiene bicicletas para cardio, está algo escondido pero cuenta con bastante espacio, varios pesos en mancuerna, barra, pesas rusas, baños con regaderas, el entrenador tiene basto conocimiento y es paciente, tienen varios desinfectantes, ahí mismo te venden suplementos si requieres, agua, etc, en general se encuentra bien acomodado, recomendado.
Has good exercise machines, 1st floor has lower body equipment, 2nd floor has upper body equipment, 3rd floor has cardio bikes, somewhat hidden but plenty of room, various dumbbell weights, barbell, kettlebell, restrooms with showers, the trainer has a lot of knowledge and is patient, they have several disinfectants, they sell you supplements right there if you need them, water, etc. In general, they are well accommodated, recommended.
