★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mala la experiencia, incumplidos en los tiempos (ni una sola llamada para excusarse), fallas en las medidas, errores de confección como el que les comparto en la foto (la manga de la camisa puesta al revés, los ojales cerrados); les dejé un modelo y el resultado estuvo muy lejos de lo esperado; todo lo tercerizan (lo hacen en otro lado) no hay nadie en la tienda que de la cara, solo un par de muchachas que reciben la queja sin mayor sorpresa. Ojalá mi reseña pueda alertar a futuros clientes y a los dueños del negocio a hacer los que le toca para corregir su servicio.
Very bad experience, non-compliance with the times (not a single call to apologize), flaws in the measurements, clothing errors such as the one I share in the photo (the sleeve of the shirt turned inside out, the buttonholes closed); I left them a model and the result was far from what was expected; they outsource everything (they do it elsewhere) there is no one in the store who shows their face, just a couple of girls who receive the complaint without much surprise. Hopefully my review can alert future customers and business owners to do their part to correct their service.
