★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Caro, mal servicio, poco confiable...Hay un monito que atiende por WhatsApp y me pidió documentos...le envié fotos y pdfs y el en su comentario siguiente quiso mostrarse no se de que manera pero solo me mostró que es un ignorante que no tiene ni idea de lo que habla ni de como tratar a aun cliente...su comentario fue: los archivos comprimidos dejaron de usarse hace diez años...pffff vaya pelmazo, los archivos comprimidos se usan hasta la fecha y sirven cuando algún documento, archivo son demasiado pesados.(ni archivo comprimido le envié)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mal mal servicio¡¡¡El señor Tomas Mercado es una persona muy grosera que amenaza con regresar a control vehicular tu tramite si no recibes el tramite a la hora que el quiere,después te hace recoger tu tramite donde el quiere,no solicita todos los documentos desde el incio.No lo recomiendo¡¡

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No señor, no se equivoque, por eso aquí en Jalisco se realizan los tramites de verificación y hasta quitan los vehículos si encuentran irregularidades. Es el estado más seguro para eso, en México por eso pueden registrar los carros robados a otras personas. Aquí marcan al extranjero para corroborar los datos y en mexico a cualquiera le dan placas.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Antes atendían de lujo, ahora apenas y te contestan y te tratan mal. No tienen idea de lo que es el compromiso, la atención al cliente y la educación mínima. Te alzan la voz y te hablan golpeado, ya ni en las oficinas de gobierno te tratan así.
Es un servicio nada recomendable y perdieron mi confianza cuando me solicitaron más dinero del que originalmente habían dicho, eso no se hace. Al final tardaron demasiado y lo entregan casi aventándote las cosas.
Before they cared for luxury, now they hardly answer you and treat you badly. They have no idea what engagement, customer care, and minimal education are. They raise their voices to you and speak to you beaten, not even in government offices they treat you like that.
It is not a recommended service and they lost my trust when they asked me for more money than they originally said, that is not done. In the end they took too long and they deliver it almost throwing things at you.
