★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El trámite de obtención de licencia muy bueno, a pesar de la contingencia muy controlado y ordenado todo, en la oficina no tuve mayor problema; en contraste, el examen teórico-práctico en el Estadio Hidalgo con elementos de la policia estatal fue muy tardado, estuvimos esperando cerca de dos horas bajo el sol y sólo habían 4 personas delante mía, después, el oficial que me evaluó tuvo muy mala atención: impaciente, explicaciones ambiguas, muy grosero y despectivo, pero bueno, un largo trámite cuyo fin es digno de celebrar.
