A nadie! Me dieron cita nuevamente para 17 de febrero a las 9 AM, llevo dos horas esperando "porque no hay sistema" . Otro día de trabajo sin paga, y sin poder hacer le tramite
I have been in the Zumpango office, to process a replacement of the circulation card, on January 28, after traveling two hours, losing my day of work and payment, they tell me that the appointments were postponed because there is not enough staff (at who told him?)
