★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hice 3 trámites más y todo bien. En el 4to trámite me entregaron una tarjeta de circulación falsa, cuidado que es un delito y te meten en un problema grave. Tuve que pagar mucho dinero para salir del problema. Fui y por supuesto no se hicieron responsables. No saquen papeles con ningún gestor. Puedes tener muchos problemas.
I did 3 more procedures and everything was fine. In the 4th process they gave me a false circulation card, be careful, it is a crime and they put you in serious trouble. I had to pay a lot of money to get out of trouble. I went and of course they were not responsible. Do not take papers with any manager. You can have a lot of problems.
